Presently our ongoing projects are the crazy patch quilts. These quilts are made from scraps you have or your stash and are given to kids that need them. Pick up the paper piecing patterns from Phyllis and she can give you all the particulars about what you need to do.
The other project we have going is the quilts for Preemies. These quilts are only about 20" square and are a blast to make. Talk about getting a feeling of accomplishment. You can finish a quilt and start on another very quickly. They are so much fun! And just think about the family that you share this quilt with. The sterile environment that the babies have to be in is dull and scary. These little quilts bring a bright tone to the babies' little cribs and give them a very special feeling.
Bring them to the next meeting. We never stop needing them.
